Local Advertising
Some of the properties we own are in ski resort / summer vacation spots. For these properties we have advertised in some of the online “magazines” for these areas. These are great because they specialize in your area and are “travel guides” that people will use when planning a trip to your area. One of these “travel guides” we use is www.northguide.com. It covers everything in Northwestern Michigan that involves skiing, golf, snowmobiling, basically all the recreation that Northern Michigan has to offer for all seasons! These local guides can be surprisingly inexpensive, $200 per year or less. Ours was $200 per year and we received top listing for those categories mentioned above.
