This was an interesting site; you may or may not have heard of it. We had used it before, but only to get part time help in the office, a cleaning crew, etc… But looking around the site we realized that tens of thousands of companies, people post their homes, condos, vacation rentals on this website. And it is free!! It functions just like the other rental listing sites in that you give a title, a description of the property, upload some photos, pick the metro area and add the cross streets. Done! You now have a listing that will look something like this:
These ads can run for 30 days, but then they will drop off. So it is up to you to set a reminder to relist the ad. You can also run them in multiple areas near you location, but make sure you change the heading and text up a bit, because Craigslist does not like duplicate ads. This is just an easy way around it.
We were extremely surprised at the responses we received for this home above. We able to run some ski weekend specials that booked us up 6 weekends for February and March alone!
